Welcome to MY POLISH CHEF! Our goal is to provide an accessible and ongoing resource to our clients, colleagues and friends of our Polish Cooking classes. Our unique style of a casual and informative hands-on cooking class features classic Polish Cuisine in a fun informative and highly interactive venue. My Polish Chef cooking classes began in 2012, in partnership with our friends at SIOSTRA Polish Pottery and Gifts in St. Charles, MO.
